Wally Steidley, President

image Wally Steidley founded Indigo in 1999 with a dedication to helping clients achieve safe, efficient and successful operations. And he has done exactly that by drawing upon his wide-ranging experience to help define and deliver effective systems to Indigo clients’ companies.

Wally regularly handles all kinds of process and compliance issues. His expertise includes accident prevention and training, development of EPA regulatory compliance programs, compliance audits, developing and implementing efficient procedural programs with company management, advising managers and business owners on procedural accountability and conducting process audits for bringing about Standard Operating Procedures.

Since Indigo’s inception, Wally has helped companies move from multiple quality errors per month down to zero within six months of introduction of Indigo’s quality programs. He has helped numerous clients aggressively implement Indigo safety programs, dramatically reducing worker accidents and insurance premiums while simultaneously increasing their net profitability. Finally, Wally has numerous clients who have received compliance awards and recognition from OSHA upon working with Indigo

Layne Reeves, Vice President

image “Quality and efficiency go hand in hand; you cannot have one without the other.” This is the philosophy Layne Reeves instills in every facet of his role as vice president and co-founder of Indigo Process Management, LLC.

With a knack for making the complex written word easy to understand, Layne regularly develops and details in writing Indigo client systems where none previously exist. He is a gifted organizer, documenter and problem solver with 20 years of experience spanning nearly every facet of recording and implementing systems in Operations and Quality.

Layne has developed and written Quality and Operations Manuals, HACCP (Hazard Analysis of Critical Control Point) Systems, Process Mapping and Documentation as well as Preventive Maintenance Work Instructions and Documentation Criteria. He has put together Sanitation programs that include equipment teardown and re-build procedures. He has even managed Production Scheduling, Maintenance, Procurement and Warehouse Operations.
