Wally Steidley founded Indigo in 1999 with a dedication to helping clients achieve safe, efficient and successful operations. And he has done exactly that by drawing upon his wide-ranging experience to help define and deliver effective systems to Indigo clients’ companies.
Wally regularly handles all kinds of process and compliance issues. His expertise includes accident prevention and training, development of EPA regulatory compliance programs, compliance audits, developing and implementing efficient procedural programs with company management, advising managers and business owners on procedural accountability and conducting process audits for bringing about Standard Operating Procedures.
Since Indigo’s inception, Wally and his team have helped numerous clients aggressively implement Indigo safety programs, dramatically reducing worker accidents and insurance premiums while simultaneously increasing their net profitability. Finally, Wally has numerous clients who have received compliance awards and recognition from OSHA upon working with Indigo.
